Installation of WPC floor

1. Sweeping the floor: clean up the garbage on the floor, including not a corner. If the floor is not cleaned, there will be a feeling of "rustling" under the floor.

2. Leveling: the horizontal error of the floor shall not exceed 2mm , If it exceeds, we should find a way to level it. If the floor is uneven, the feeling of feet will be bad after the floor is paved.

3. Lay the bottom layer (optional): after the floor is cleaned, lay the silent layer first, so as to prevent the noise in the process of using the floor.

5. Cross paving: the next step is to lay the floor. In laying, to a short side lay a long, so cross laying floor will bite, not easy to loose, after the floor assembly also use tools to knock tight.

6. Prying and fastening: after the installation in a certain area, it is better to fix the installed floor with a piece of waste board and pry the floor in with tools to completely bite the floor.

7. Choose layering: after the floor is paved, the next step is to install layering. Generally, if the floor is higher than the ground, you need to use that kind of high-low layering. If the floor is as flat as the ground, you need to use this kind of flat layering.

8. Install the pressure strip: when installing the pressure strip, be sure to bite the pressure strip and the floor, and tighten the screws, otherwise the pressure strip and the floor will be easily separated in the future.
